Menopause Support
Menopause Support is a Community Interest Company, founded by Diane Danzebrink in 2016, in response to the severe lack of understanding, care and support available for many women via their GP, the NHS and society in general.
What we do...
Menopause Support provides private support via telephone and video consultations and bespoke menopause training and support solutions for businesses and organisations and menopause training days for therapists and well-being professionals.
Despite current national guidance, menopause care provision can be inconsistent across the country, leaving some women feeling that they have nowhere to turn.
As part of our commitment to support women, we are able to offer some of our one to one advice and advocacy consultations, fully funded, for those experiencing menopause and struggling financially. These consultations are via telephone or video call and last for 45 minutes.
Our advisors have completed British Menopause Society accredited training for nurses and regularly update their knowledge using current research and evidence based resources.
We can discuss individual experiences, symptom management, including lifestyle adaptations and medical hormonal and non-hormonal options. We can also supply a letter for the GP if required.
